Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began when she was 14 years old. Following her training in kickboxing, boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ she made her amateur debut against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she turned 18. Ladd continued to build on her triumph at Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won three consecutive fights. She finished all of her opponents during the opening round. Then she returned to WCFC to beat Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia defeated Aspen and prevailed over her with a an unanimous vote to remove an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd rebounded from her loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to take her record to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. Aspen joined Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the first round by TKO. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's first bout as a bantamweight. She defeated Amanda Cooper with an armbar submission in the 2nd round. Aspen dominated McGill with her wrestling and eventually defeated her in the third round via TKO. Aspen later fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 in weight catchweight (138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd did not have enough weight. In spite of this, Aspen was able to take on Hoy. She finished her through a TKO during the second round. Her final fight with the promotion, she beat Sijara Eubanks via unanimous decision in Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 with Lina Lansberg. She beat Lina via a fight that was a foot and pound victory during her second fight. She continued her dominance and picked up a more impressive victory in her subsequent fight against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229. Ladd took on Evinger by a punch in the opening round, and got a Performance of The Night prize. Her debut fight was during her subsequent fight in UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. They fought in an intense fight which Ladd won by unanimous decision. The two fighters each received each the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie beat Ladd in just 16 seconds and ended her win streak. Then she bounced back to win Yana Kunitskaya during the third round on UFC on ESPN 7. In her recent fight for the UFC she fought Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 to replace her fight. She lost the fight via unanimous decision.
